I believe that a work shop like this would assist my staff in broadening themselves as well as contributing to the store dynamics (and sales of course). I am sure we could do something like this at the store one evening. I have 5 staff that I would be particularly interested in coaching. I would like them to come away with a strong sense of client personalities and co-workers strengths/weaknesses…and their own of course. All positive though… which I know you would do. The first time I met Barb Ashcroft was to discuss a body cleanse product she was endorsing. I had put off talking to her, since I felt that she would be one of those product pushers that knew nothing about health, or the body. What I found was, Barb not only had the training, she had the experience. She answered every question I had and I admired her knowledge and her desire to help others.
