It’s a time in the year when many of us choose an “Anchor Word”. A word that we declare to be an anchor for the year, a reminder, a driver, a motivator to keep true to that purpose we work towards.
Today I have three words and I’d love your feedback. Obviously WORDS are personal, but during the last few years we’ve all been in a common holding pattern, experiencing much of the same challenges TOGETHER. So maybe with a group mindset we can share what resonates with us, even personally.
Which of these feels important to YOU, with the ups and downs, over and outs and hills and valleys of this life.
Here they are.
Words to Provide an Anchor:
Discerning: able to see and understand people, things, or situations clearly and intelligently.
or
Resilience: is the ability to withstand adversity and bounce back from difficult life events.
or
Alignment: Alignment is when our thoughts, life-choices, and direction all honour our core values. Alignment is when we listen to our intuition and move through the world embodying our true selves. Alignment is function and action with ease.
